Paul arrived in Dominica for the first time in 1977, and considers it his favorite island in the Caribbean. On the southwest coast, with Scots Head in the distance, this painting shows the coastal village of Soufriere. Known as the Nature Island, restoration of the reef is currently ongoing and abetted the Daniel Langlois Foundation.
